I'm looking for my first car to learn stick shift/manual transmission on?

Well i have my eyes set on an Acura Integra GS-R 1997 sedan. For my back up cars (if my parents say not to the integra, which will be very saddening =[ ) i am willing to go for a civic for manual. Also, would an accord stick shift be okay? i never see those. any other recommendations?
