Neuropathy disease in my brother?

hi, it really depends on what kind of neuropathy it is, since there are many different kinds/ causes. the way you describe it makes me think it is charcot-marie tooth disease although CMT disease is hereditary so you will usually see it in at least one of your parents. if that is his case, then there is no cure but he will benefit from physical therapy intervention to maintain flexibility and function.
