Igoogle help me!?

Ok Well I wanted to try Igoogle and I started making my own home page and all that. So one day I get on it and if you have any computer except a mac it says Internet explorer must shut down. I need help. Every time I go to google home page it always takes me to Igoogle. I just wnat to disabel it or something please help me!
