Is this file a virus?

I use AVG 8.0. A fter every 30 seconds, it gives a message that 'Threat detected- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\kungsfhhbaqb… I have tried various ons but to no vain. I have installed AVG 10 minutes before and from that time, the problem is same.
