Should I continue to give advise to my sister who continually dates/marries losers?

My younger sister has been married 2 times already. Her first husband didn't work and was extremely jealous. she stayed married to him for about 2 yrs. Than she married another loser with a capitol L. After 7 yrs of complete chaos including him fathering a child with her daughter from her 1st marriage, she finally divorce this loser. Now she's let a man who has been locked up and is out on probation, doesnt' work, sleep all day and smoke drugs all night to move in with her. She calls me complaining about the situation shes in and I've told her to put him out and move on. She don't wanna hear it. Am I wrong not to want to continue to give her advise when she does not listen to me?
