SPANISH homework about WEATHER, pleae help!! Mucho easy, I think!?

We're learning about weather and the seasons. So, like, if you "it's cold" is "hace frio" and "it's snowing" is nieva, how would you say that it is cold AND snowing? Hace frio y nieva? Please and thank you!
